Kvantitet

Alocasia brancifolia Albo is a rare variegated form of Alocasia brancifolia, a striking species native to the Philippines. This plant is instantly recognizable by its deeply divided fern like leaves which give it a bold sculptural appearance. In the Albo form the narrow lobed foliage is accented with crisp white to creamy variegation that contrasts beautifully against the rich green base color. Each leaf develops its own unique pattern making every plant a one of a kind collector piece.

Because of its dramatic foliage and selective cultivation this plant is best suited for indoor environments where light humidity and watering can be kept stable.

Care guide

Light
Bright indirect light. Provide plenty of filtered light to support healthy growth and maintain clear variegation. Avoid direct sunlight which can scorch the white areas of the leaves.

High Humidity
High humidity is preferred ideally above sixty percent. Consistent humidity helps keep the finely divided leaves healthy and prevents stress.

Soil
Light chunky soil mix. Use an airy and well draining aroid substrate to support strong root development and avoid excess moisture.

Watering
Keep evenly moist. Allow the top layer of the substrate to dry slightly between waterings. Avoid letting the plant dry out completely or remain waterlogged.

Temperature
Keep it warm between twenty and twenty eight degrees Celsius or sixty eight to eighty two degrees Fahrenheit. Protect from drafts and sudden temperature changes.

Fertilizer
Light regular feeding during the growing season supports steady growth. Use a balanced fertilizer at low strength.

Growth habit and additional care
Upright non climbing growth with deeply divided foliage. Variegated leaves are more sensitive to stress low humidity and inconsistent care. Stable conditions gentle handling and a consistent routine are essential for long term success.
