Philodendron Bipinnatifidum - Preorder

Philodendron bipinnatifidum is offered as a pre order. This well known species is native to South America and is admired for its large deeply lobed leaves that create a bold tropical look. As it matures it develops a strong trunk like base and expansive foliage, making it a classic statement plant for indoor spaces.

We receive small cuttings and grow the plants for two months. The plants in the pictures are mature plants. The plant you will receive is grown in a 6–9 cm pot.

Care instructions

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Can tolerate some direct sun when acclimated
• Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of the mix feels dry. Keep evenly moist but not wet
• Humidity: 50–70% preferred but adapts well to normal indoor conditions
• Temperature: 18–30°C. Avoid cold drafts
• Soil: Airy aroid mix with bark, perlite or pumice and coco or peat
