Begonia Palmata D. Don - Preorder

Begonia palmata D. Don is offered as a pre order. This species Begonia is native to the Himalayan region and parts of South and Southeast Asia. It is known for its deeply lobed palmate leaves and strong upright growth, giving it a more architectural and wild appearance compared to hybrid begonias. Its natural form and vigorous habit make it especially appealing for collectors of species plants.

Care instructions

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Tolerates slightly lower light but grows best with good brightness
• Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of the mix feels dry. Keep evenly moist
• Humidity: 50–70% preferred for steady growth
• Temperature: 16–26°C. More tolerant of cooler conditions than most begonias
• Soil: Airy, well draining mix with coco or peat, perlite and bark
