Ficus Tineke - Preorder

Ficus tineke is offered as a pre order. This variegated cultivar of Ficus elastica originates from Southeast Asia where the species is native. It is admired for its large glossy leaves with creamy white and soft green variegation, often accented with subtle pink tones in new growth. The clean color contrast and upright growth make it a popular choice for modern interiors.

We receive small cuttings and grow the plants for two months. The plants in the pictures are mature plants. The plant you will receive is grown in a 6–9 cm pot.

Care instructions

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Can tolerate some direct sun which enhances variegation
• Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of the mix feels dry. Allow slight drying between waterings
• Humidity: 40–60% is sufficient
• Temperature: 18–28°C. Avoid cold drafts
• Soil: Well draining mix with coco or peat, perlite and bark
