Alocasia Dragon Scale Albo - Preorder

Alocasia Dragon Scale Albo is a rare variegated form of Alocasia baginda, commonly known as Dragon Scale. Native to Borneo this jewel Alocasia is admired for its thick heavily textured leaves with a silvery green surface and deep dark veining that resembles reptile scales. In the Albo form the sculptural foliage is accented by irregular marbling and patches of crisp white to creamy variegation creating a striking contrast against the metallic base. Each leaf develops unique patterns which makes this plant a true collector specimen.

Due to the rarity of stable variegation and the naturally slow growth of the species this plant performs best in controlled indoor environments where stable conditions support long term health.

Care guide

Light
Bright indirect light. Provide strong filtered light to maintain variegation and support healthy growth. Avoid direct sunlight which can damage the lighter areas of the leaves.
