Philodendron rugosum Sow’s Ear is offered as a pre order. This rare species is native to Ecuador and is highly distinctive for its thick textured leaves that resemble the surface of leather. The unusual texture and compact growth give it a unique character that is highly valued by collectors.

Care instructions

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight
• Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of the mix feels dry. Keep lightly moist
• Humidity: 70–90% preferred for best leaf quality
• Temperature: 18–28°C. Protect from cold drafts
• Soil: Airy aroid mix with bark, perlite and coco or peat
