Musa NoNo Pink is a rare variegated cultivar of Musa, prized for its striking foliage and soft pastel coloration. This ornamental banana is admired for its broad lush leaves that display an unusual blend of green, cream and warm pink tones. The pink variegation appears as blushes, streaks and marbling across the leaf surface, sometimes intensifying on newer growth and fading unpredictably with age. Each leaf develops its own unique pattern, making every specimen one of a kind and highly sought after by collectors.
Due to the instability of pink variegation and the naturally fast yet sensitive growth habit of Musa, this plant performs best in controlled indoor environments where light, warmth and humidity can be kept consistent.

Care guide
Light
Bright indirect light. Provide strong filtered light to support vigorous growth and help maintain pink variegation. Avoid harsh direct sunlight which can scorch pale and pink areas of the leaves.
High Humidity
High humidity is strongly recommended, ideally above sixty percent. Consistent humidity promotes healthy leaf expansion and prevents browning or tearing of the foliage.
Soil
Rich airy soil mix. Use a well draining yet moisture retentive substrate with organic matter to support rapid root growth without waterlogging.
Watering
Keep evenly moist. Water thoroughly when the top layer of soil begins to dry. Musa plants dislike drying out completely but are also sensitive to stagnant wet soil.
Temperature
Keep warm between twenty two and thirty degrees Celsius or seventy two to eighty six degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below eighteen degrees Celsius.
Fertilizer
Regular feeding during the growing season is important due to the fast growth rate. Use a balanced fertilizer at low to medium strength applied frequently.
Growth habit and additional care
Upright self supporting growth with large tender leaves emerging from a pseudostem. Musa NoNo Pink is sensitive to low humidity inconsistent watering and sudden environmental changes. Stable conditions adequate space and a steady care routine are key to maintaining both plant health and ornamental coloration.
