Begonia Maculata - Preorder

Begonia maculata is offered as a pre order. This well known species Begonia is native to Brazil and is admired for its elongated olive green leaves decorated with bright silver spots and deep red undersides. The strong contrast and upright growth give the plant a bold and graphic appearance, making it one of the most recognizable begonias in indoor plant collections.

Care instructions

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh direct sun
• Water: Water when the top 2–3 cm of the mix feels dry. Keep lightly moist, never soggy
• Humidity: 50–70% is ideal, higher humidity supports leaf quality
• Temperature: 18–26°C. Protect from cold drafts
• Soil: A light, well draining mix with coco or peat, perlite and bark
