Alocasia Aegis Variegata is a rare Alocasia prized for sculptural leaves and striking variegation. Alocasias are tropical aroids from Southeast Asia and do best with stable warmth, humidity, and an airy substrate.

The plants are not the exact plants in the picture; we receive small cuttings and grow the plants for two months. The plants in the pictures are mature plants, the plant you will get is grown in a 6–9 cm pot.

Care instructions

• Light: Bright, indirect light. Avoid strong direct sun.
• Water: Keep lightly and evenly moist. Let the top layer dry slightly between waterings.
• Humidity: 60%+ is ideal (higher is always appreciated).
• Temperature: 20–28°C. Protect from cold drafts and sudden drops.
• Substrate: Chunky, well-draining aroid mix (bark + perlite/pumice + coco/peat).
